Getting there
Hook & Reel is about 15 minutes on foot from New Dorp station, roughly 0.7 miles. Follow the sidewalk southwest, then southeast, passing briefly along Rose Avenue and 10th Street. Keep heading southeast on the sidewalk toward 2590 Hylan Blvd, and you'll reach the restaurant there. The Hylan Boulevard & Ross Avenue bus stop is only about 1 minute away.
