FindGo is free to use. We earn money by letting local businesses promote their listings. This page explains how those ads work and what control you have.
How promoted listings work
- Sponsored placements appear in a separate block above search and category results and are labeled "Sponsored".
- Featured listings are highlighted within results and labeled "Featured".
- Homepage placements are labeled the same way.
- Sponsored slots rotate fairly among the businesses promoting in the same category and city.
- Payment never changes a business's rating, its reviews or its position in organic results.
No behavioral advertising
Promoted placements are chosen by location and category — not by tracking you across other websites or apps. We do not run third-party ad networks or advertising cookies on FindGo, and we do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.
Cookies we use
- Essential: keep you signed in and protect forms against abuse.
- Functional: remember your selected city and save an unfinished business submission.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and Cloudflare Web Analytics measure how the site is used.
- Advertising: none.
Your controls
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in. See Your Privacy Choices for all options.
