Content Guidelines

Reviews

• Write about your own, first-hand experience with the business.
• Use your own words. Don't post reviews written or rewritten by AI tools, and don't copy text from elsewhere.
• Keep it relevant: focus on the service, products and visit — not on unrelated disputes, politics or rumors.
• No conflicts of interest: don't review your own business, your employer, a relative's or friend's business, or a competitor.
• No incentives: don't post reviews in exchange for discounts, gifts, payment or anything else of value.
• Be respectful: no threats, harassment, hate speech, lewd content or personal attacks.

Privacy of others

• Don't post other people's personal information, such as home addresses, private phone numbers or the full names of staff.
• Don't post close-up photos or videos of people without their permission.

Photos

• Upload only photos you took or have the right to share.
• Photos should show the business: the place, its products, services or team at work.
• No explicit, violent, misleading or heavily edited images.
• Business owners can upload a logo, a cover image and up to 30 gallery photos.

Business information

• Submit only accurate, current details: name, address, phone, website, hours and services.
• Don't create listings for businesses that don't exist, and don't duplicate an existing listing.
• Don't impersonate another business or claim a listing you don't represent.

No promotion outside business tools

Reviews and photos are not a place for ads, coupon codes, links to other sites or requests to contact someone. Businesses can promote themselves only through their own listing and the paid promotion tools, which are always labeled.

Reporting and enforcement

Report content you believe breaks these guidelines to team@findgo.us. We review reports and may remove content, reverse changes or suspend accounts. If you think we removed your content by mistake, reply to our notice and we will take another look.
