FindGo

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 11, 2026

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find local businesses on FindGo. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.

What we do

  • Pages are rendered as semantic HTML that works with screen readers and without JavaScript.
  • All features can be used with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
  • Text and controls are designed to meet color-contrast requirements.
  • Images have text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Layouts adapt to small screens and to browser zoom up to 200%.
  • We test new pages with automated tools and by hand before release.

Known limitations

Interactive maps are visual by nature. Every map on the site is paired with a text list that contains the same businesses, addresses and links.

Some business information comes from third-party open data and may not include accessibility details such as wheelchair access.

Business websites, map tiles and other third-party content linked from FindGo are outside our control.

Feedback

If something on FindGo is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, email team@findgo.us with the page address and a short description. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we can.
