Esther's Follies
Overview
Esther's Follies is a comedy theater on East 6th Street in downtown Austin and a long-running local institution. It is known for a fast-paced revue of musical sketch comedy, political satire and magic. Visitors looking for a classic Austin night out, as well as locals bringing guests from out of town, make up much of its audience.

Getting there
From Downtown station (CapMetro Rail), Esther's Follies is about 4 minutes, a fifth of a mile, away. Follow the sidewalk northeast toward 525 E 6th St, and the theater will be on your left. The 7th & Red River bus stop is also about 2 minutes away.
