Comedy Mothership is about 6 minutes, roughly 0.3 miles, from Downtown station (CapMetro Rail). Take East 4th Street, then head north along the sidewalk toward 320 E 6th St, and Comedy Mothership will be on your left. The 7th & San Jacinto bus stop is also about 1 minute away.
